Some products include a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Coverage, duration, and claim requirements vary by product and supplier. Where a warranty applies, it is provided by the manufacturer or supplier unless KDM Value states otherwise in writing.

No Additional Warranty Unless Stated

Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, KDM Value does not provide warranties beyond the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty.

Care Instructions

Follow all product care, assembly, cleaning, and maintenance instructions. Improper use or cleaning, weather exposure for indoor items, excess moisture or heat, chemicals, pets, or commercial misuse may void warranty or return eligibility.

Normal Wear

Normal wear and tear — fabric compression, cushion settling, minor finish variation, natural material movement, and fading — is not generally considered a defect.
