Email us at contact@kdmvalue.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Eligible items are covered by our 30-day refund policy and should be unused and in their original packaging. Please wait for return authorization before shipping anything back.
Restocking depends on supplier availability. If an item is out of stock, contact us at contact@kdmvalue.com and we'll let you know whether — and roughly when — it's expected to return.
We currently ship within the United States only. Our express shipping estimate is 3–7 business days after your order is confirmed, and larger furniture may ship by freight with a delivery appointment.
