Shipping from Various Sources:

At Butikenz, we take pride in promoting discovery by collaborating with small suppliers worldwide to showcase their unique products. Some items are shipped directly from our international suppliers. Delays in shipping are sometimes unavoidable due to the complexity of the shipping process. Therefore, our delivery times are approximate guidelines, and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Pre-ordered or Backordered Items:

If your order includes both available items and those that are pre-ordered or backordered, we will ship the available items immediately. Subsequently, any pre-ordered or backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If you receive a partial delivery for an order with multiple items, rest assured, the remaining items will follow shortly.
